Form requests are confirmed within one business day, usually the same afternoon. Phone calls are answered live, day or night, the dispatch line does not roll to voicemail.
Pricing is a base rate plus mileage and it changes with the level of assistance. Standing weekly schedules are discounted. We quote the whole trip before you book, no surge pricing, and no waiting-time charge for the first thirty minutes.
Yes, and most people do. Put your own number on the request so we can reach you with the pickup window, and add the passenger name and any details in the notes field.
Call dispatch. There is no fee if you reach us at least two hours before the pickup window opens, and no fee at all when a facility cancels the appointment on you.
